Can't see any obvious problems. The only thing is that I heard (from a friend, who I'm not convinced knows what he's talking about 
) that ATI graphics cards are optimized for AMD CPUs and Nvidia for Intel. Again, not sure if thats true - you might want to check that one out.
And don't trust JUST my judgment - wait for others, too
