What top 5 behaviors or skills do you want from a Cellular/PDA/Handheld Tech Support Rep?
I'm creating an incentive program for a GREAT team of Tech Support Reps in the Cellular/PDA/Handheld business. I want to reward them for the characteristics that customers value but at the same time, we're in a "Sales-Oriented" division of the company so any performance indicators will have to be measurable and not subjective. If you were in my shoes, what 5 key behaviors and skills would YOU reward?
being very nice and polite to the customer, calling them by name at least twice during the call (customer connection), actually fixing the problem, sound like they're smiling and enthusiastic about helping, ect.
i'm an order entry rep so i know how this goes. customers also want whatever they need done as fast as possible.
