Where is the nearest place to buy an English smartphone:o2 Xda-Exec?
Am now in Hangzhou, China.
Does China Mobile provide a 1-yr contract to be the local n int'l server for my email n phone calls, using the 02 above mentioned??
The XDA Exec is just O2's brand name for the phone, loads of other companies sell it under a different name and they're all produced by a Taiwanese company called HTC. If you want to see all their PDA phones with the various brand names certain providers sell them as then look here:

From that chart the XDA Exec is also sold by Orange, Qtek, T-Mobile and Dopod under various other names, maybe one of those companies will supply you with one locally without you having to try and get a contract in the UK? Good luck anyway dude.
